Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail, Hermes, etc.): 4-5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days (Customs processing may affect delivery times)

3. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the UK and internationally to select countries. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO).

4. Order Tracking For tracked shipping services, a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email. You can track your order through the courier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at [your email] with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with the courier. Please allow [X] days before reporting a missing order.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
